The Crew Resource Management Course for Remotely Piloted Aircraft and Drones is specifically designed to address human factors in these operations. The course addresses the human factors, unique challenges and potential human errors that can occur during unmanned operations.

This CRM training courses ensure that operators have the necessary skills and knowledge to mitigate the risk of human error in their operations and meet regulatory requirements. 

This online self-paced training may be used as a stand-alone initial CRM training package, or as part of a blended learning program as appropriate and required by the nature of the aviation operation and applicable regulatory requirements.

The training content is equivalent a 1-day initial CRM training course. The completion time is approximately 6-hours. On successful completion the student will receive certification.
